Its core founding team comes from China's leading universities, bringing extensive large-company experience, a top-tier industry perspective, deep understanding of AI and the engineering depth to ship it — including leading and delivering several international-scale AI projects. The company develops its own AI agent product, TotalClaw, built on an in-house enterprise AI engine and reasoning core (Taitu Brain) that generates scenario-specific dynamic workflows on the fly, so a company can stand up its own AI office system quickly. Its mission is to use fully self-developed core AI technology along the path of "create employees, build teams, grow the business, improve operations" — solving enterprise AI end to end and powering digital transformation.

- Discovery: pin down the business scenario, the target roles and the measurable metrics (response time, automation coverage, output per person).
- Solution and quote: recommendations and pricing based on team size and deployment model (SaaS / private / offline).
- POC: a 2–4 week proof of concept in which our own engineering team closes the loop on your real workload.
- Deployment: SaaS can be live in 30 minutes; on-premise intranet deployment usually completes within a week, or 2–4 weeks for complex integrations.
